Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering having working Business analyst in Warid Uganda, Airtel Uganda, Equity Bank Uganda and Vodafone/Afrimax Uganda where my work has been covering business and technical aspects in addition to liaison between the two. I have had the following deliverables:

Obtain, analyze, better user requirements from internal customers. There after define, document, follow up for delivery and test requirements with internal business units (IT, Engineering/Networks) and external/third party service providers.
Understand, monitor, review and improve systems/applications for better easier use and the extraction of business health reporting information.
Provide operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) for all levels of management. These included:

Customer service: complaint resolution time, service request time, call triggers, call handling time, service level, customer life cycle i.e. acquisition and churn

Commercial : revenue per product/business unit or sector/region/customer/customer segment. Customers per product/business unit or sector/region/customer segments,  Commission, promotion utilization, automated journals, revenue and costs vs budget or projections, revenue assurance

Human resource : 360 degree reviews, staff score cards

Legal : regulatory reports
